Michelle Butler-Marketing Manager
Michelle is a very enthusiastic and creative individual who enjoys finding ways to get people´s attention.
With a degree in Psychology and 8 years experience in creative development and marketing she is able
to really understand the needs of individuals. Whether it´s a new brochure, marketing strategy or
assisting the team in finding just the right home or getting your home sold, she is always looking for new
ways to get the team´s message across in a clear, concise and truthful manner. When Michelle isn´t
working with the team she enjoys being with her family doing anything outside, working out, music,
reading, watching her kids play sports, dance and theatre. Michelle and her husband Dale have been
married for over 20 years and have 3 great kids, Austin, Caleb and Hannah.
Pam Elston - Administrative Support
Ron´s wife, Pam has worked alongside Ron as part of the team´s administrative support since 1995.
She has a strong background in sales and administration. Previously a Sales Manager for Embassy
Suites Hotels, she has orchestrated the details of complex event programs and is extremely familiar
with the attention to details needed in a real estate transaction. Pam truly understands all the
aspects of going through selling a home and buying a home, and enjoys being a part of the team.
Pam takes care of the team's bookkeeping and mailing programs and oversee's sign and brochure
placements plus much, much, more.
Kristi Schmactenberger - Transaction Coordinator
Kristi is the team's transaction coordinator who ensures that all of the contract deadlines are met as
well as coordinating inspections, appraisals and closing for both buyers and sellers. Once you are
Under Contract, Kristi will be able to answer any of your questions about the process leading to a
smooth and expeditious closing. She has been coordinating transactions for over 5 years and
possesses the perfect skill set which enables her to be so amazingly effective, extemely well
organized, personable and efficient.
