The Market Update system links to the Home Buyer's Scouting Report system which will also provide you with home search capabilities for homes that are currently on the market. After clicking on the link below to go to the Market Update page, you will need to click on "Sold Homes" button at the top right of the main page. This will take you to the sold home information section. Simply complete the online form with the information about your home and the system will generate your FREE report about sold homes near yours.
Should you need more detailed information for contesting your property tax valuation or, if you are thinking of selling, please feel free to contact us and we will be able to put together the more detailed reports that are necessary.
